To give you an accurate quote, we just need the property address (or postcode), the type of property and roof, and the type of survey you're looking for. That's it — we'll take it from there. If you're unsure about the roof type, just describe it as best you can and we'll help.
Absolutely. Many of our clients are property investors or buyers who aren't local to the property they're purchasing. You don't need to be present during the survey — although you're welcome to attend if you'd like. We'll arrange access with the current occupants, estate agent or solicitor and deliver your full report digitally.
